Low Vacuum Dehydration does efficiently what centrifuging can never do.

The Low vacuum Dehydrator unit is provides a broad process for removal of water and gases from oil at temperature lower than 530 C, thus reducing oxidation during the dehydration process. . It does all the work efficiently what centrifuging can never do. This quick and reasonable automatic system overcomes all the major drawbacks of centrifuging system , mainly the oxidation, power consumption,emulsified water retention, and high maintenance.

In the working of Low vacuum Dehydrator unit the oil is drawn into the vaporizer through the vacuum pump and heater. Then the water boils below 530 C under vacuum and the condenser collects all the evaporated water. After that, the dissolved air and gases from oil are ejected to the atmosphere through the vacuum pump.
