Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner / Electrostatic Oil Cleaner
We are the well-known manufacturer, exporter and supplier in the domain, engaged in offering excellent quality Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner or Electrostatic Oil Cleaner. The ELC removes all types and sizes of particles including virus and bacteria. This liquid cleaner is used for removal of solid contaminants from oil. The offered products are manufactured using superior quality material that has best solution for analysis and cleaning of lubricating and hydraulic oils. Also, these electrostatic liquid cleaner are available in numerous specifications as per the need of our clients within promised time frame.
Working:
The working of Electrostatic Liquid Cleaning is based on the principle of Electrostatics which separates and collect fluid contaminants. The small particles migrate to 'positive' or 'negative' electrodes due to electrostatic force. This force is generated by the transformer which charges two sets of SS electrodes, one is 'positive1 and another one is 'negative'. All the impurities, down to sub-micron levels are removed, also the sludge and varnish, which are so small to see by filters. Basically, the particles below 0.01 u can be removed. After that, all the contaminant are collected into the 'collectors', where the intensity of the deformed electric field is highest.
Electrostatic forces remove all types of particles such as metal wear, paper, wood, plastic and rubber. Just like a comb rubbed on dry hair will pick them up.
Operating conditions
- Mineral base oils, except IC engine oil
- Maximum moisture content 500 ppm
- Maximum temperature: 60C
- Special specification available for synthetic oils
- Standard power source: 4l5v 30 50Hz
THE PRINCIPLE OF Working OF Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner
i. Blended with other oil of comparatively low or high viscosity level
ii. Combined with water
iii. Heat is applied. After application of heat, the viscosity level of oil will reach the same level as it was before.
- No need to alter oil
- The advanced oil filtration technique of ELC ensures error free operation of lubrication and hydraulic systems. It helps to save their maintenance charge.
- The uninterrupted operation of lubrication and hydraulic systems ensure high output level.
- Purification of ELC helps to minimize leakage of oil which in turn makes working environment safe, hygienic and clean.
- The filtration process of ELC helps to maintain standard quality of hydraulic circuit.
- It helps to minimize energy usage of systems.

Mechanical Filters | ELC |
These types of filters are unable to eliminate contaminated particles with less than 10 micros of size. | This cleaning process is effective in removal of contaminants having less than 0.1 microns particle size. |
Low collection efficiency: | ELC can collect contaminants that weigh almost double than its own weight. |
Repairing and maintenance cost is quite high. | Minimal repairing charge. |
These filters consume higher energy during transferring of oil from pump to filters. | Energy efficient filtration technique for its self contained design. |
Unable to prevent deposition of sludge or to delay oxidation. | Effectively inhibits accumulation of sludge or hinder oxidation. |
It is incapable of protecting pumps against wear. | Efficiently safeguards all the movable components against wear. |
These types of filters require frequent changing of hydraulic components like valves, pumps and oil seals that raise maintenance charge. | The long life span of ELC depends on its precise design and controlled temperature of treated oil. |
The blockage of filters affect performance of machine and it results in higher cycle time. | The advanced mechanism of ELC maintains stability of its cycle time. |
It is unable to eliminate sludge. | Its ergonomic design makes it suitable for effective elimination of sludge. |
Materials like synthetic substance or fine mesh used to design these filters may lead to high volt electrostatic spark that can break the bondage of molecular structure of oil . it can also affect additive level of oil. | It is completely safe for oil and it has no negative impact on oil additive. |
